Lebanon, TN, Jul 19, 2003 (The Sports Network via COMTEX) The Indy Racing League has approved the use of a new engine design for Chevrolet-powered IndyCar teams. The design, called a Gen IV Chevy Indy V-8, was approved for two races beginning July 19th at the Michigan International Speedway.
